At Believers Embroidery, we strive to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. We started in a small room with just one sewing machine making home items. From there, we went down the embroidery brick road. This path would soon put us on the roller coaster ride of wanting to offer our customers more. Now in 2022 we are happy to say we have expanded our shop to include Vinyl and Heat Transfer options along with Rhinestones. It is our belief that with God, all things are possible and we want our customers to ,"LOVE BELIEVE MANIFEST" their dreams just as we have and are still striving to do. Orders

Majority of my merchandise is made to order and or customized, therefore all orders have a 3 to 5 business day turn around not including weekends or holidays for completion. Bulk orders of 10 or more items may require a 5 to 10 business day turn around for completion. When making a custom order, please be prepared to answer question in regards of your design, like color choices, size and location of design, etc. Once a design has been approved to begin, any additional changes will be subject to additional fees at the discretion of Believers Embroidery. While we do understand that sometimes  decision can be hard to make, we will reframe from making any changes to approved designs after 48 hours. When making an in-person purchase or over the phone, all purchases must be paid at the time of ordering. If your order is $500 or more than a deposit of half the amount is due with the remaining amount due upon completion.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Customers who purchase garment(s) through Believers Embroidery along with their embroidery design, must cancel your order within 12hrs of your paid invoice to receive a refund. Your refund will be paid in the manner it was received, minus a 15% processing fee and a varied payment process fee if paid by credit or with a debit card. Customers who bring in their own merchandise may cancel at any time. If customization has not begun on your items, you can receive a refund minus a 15% processing fee and a varied payment processing fee if paid by credit or with a debit card. If customization has begun on your merchandise, you may receive a refund minus a 15% processing fee, a varied payment processing fee if paid by credit or with a debit card, and the price of the amount per garment for every item that customization has been started on. Customers will be quoted a cost per item during the ordering process. If purchasing items via Believers Embroidery website, you too have a 12hr window only to cancel an online order and or make changes. A refund will be given in the manner it was received minus a varied processing payment fee.

NO REFUNDS OF CANCELED ORDERS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE 12HR DEADLINE, UNLESS IT IS A CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ITEM, THIS INCLUDES ALL ONLINE ORDERS! If you need to make changes to your online order, color or size change please contact us by email at info@believerembroidery.com with your order number, name, email address, and phone number.

If Purchasing ready-made items from an event, vendor booth, pop-up shop, in house shopping, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If an error was made on our part, we will explore all options to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. Digitizing

Believers Embroidery DOES NOT PERFORM IN HOUSE DIGITIZING. This service will be outsourced to a digitizing service provider. This process can take up to 3 business days and requires a one-time set up fee of $35 or more depending on the complex of your design. If the customers design is already in the correct embroidery format or they seek their own digitizer but still need the design stitched out, there is a one-time fee of $10 for designs 15k stitches and under, then $1 every 1k stitches over 15k. The customer can decline to have their design stitched out for final approval, but Believers Embroidery is not responsible for any problems regarding the digitized design, eg (size, color, shape, etc.) Believers Embroidery will not sale customized digitized designs of clients work without their permission. Believers Embroidery reserves the right to photograph, reproduce, and post to website and or social media, to promote and show work performed by Believers Embroidery.
